photo taken from Bonanza in June 2005. Unfortunately the chute on the left doesn't look so good now. This photo makes it look like it goes a lot higher than the top of the apron too... didn't look like it yesterday.
I think this pic is more straight-on, while on the face, we were looking up it. Hence, this photo does make it look as though it goes much higher. Ohh well....

So what you're saying is that it's left to future takers to slay it off the top... right? ;)
I still think it might be skiable off the summit on the south side. But you'd need to get in there well before the road opens.
